Our goal is to employ competent, caring and well-trained individuals who are responsive to the needs of our patients, their families and the community we serve. Each staff member will meet the State of Florida educational and training requirements for the services they provide. We encourage and support continued education of each service provider. A Caring Hand Home Care mission is to provide professional and paraprofessional services to clients in their residences assisting them to achieve the highest level of potential in their day-to-day self-care activities. We are committed to providing high quality, multidisciplinary care by professionals who recognize the need for comprehensive assessment of needs from both the client and professional's point of view. It is the contention of A Caring Hand Home Care that the aging process is a normal state in the development of any individual and that chronic disease and disability are, to some degree, a part of that process. A Caring Hand Home Care is dedicated to rehabilitating aged and disabled individuals within the confines of their residence, in order that they may maximize their contributions and fulfill their goals as a family member and member of society with a minimum of conflict. A Caring Hand (ACH) is locally owned and operated by highly educated professionals.
ACH offers comprehensive home healthcare that will provide services in the home and community based care by highly skilled clinicians—RN’s, ST’s, PT’s, OT’s, HHA’s, and Social Workers.
ACH has already developed an excellent reputation with many of these professionals, through the work of our Administrator and rest of the Team. Our agency has been providing compassionate care for over ten years and staff has many years of home health experience.
Our Administrator brings a wealth of knowledge and medical professionalism including and not limited to hospital and home care nursing. She has over fifty years of home care experience.
ACH is licensed by the State of Florida, accredited by Accrediation Commission of Home Care (ACHC) and Medicare Certified. Our services are mostly reimbursed by Medicare, and other private insurance carriers. We provide customized medical care to the special needs of the patient.
